Digital Evolve (“we”, “us”) operates the Digital Evolve Admin Console for iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and the web. This policy describes what data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information: when you sign in via Microsoft 365 SSO, we receive your name, email address, and Azure AD tenant identifier from Microsoft for authentication.
- Usage data: deployment events, build status, and audit-log entries are recorded so administrators can investigate operational issues.
- Diagnostic data: crash reports and performance traces are collected to improve product reliability. These are not linked to your identity.
How we use your information
- To authenticate you and authorize your access to your organisation’s resources.
- To operate the deployment, build, and user-management features you invoke.
- To diagnose problems, monitor service health, and improve the product.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect advertising identifiers, do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and do not sell your personal information.
Data storage
Your organisation’s data is stored in Microsoft Azure data centres in the region selected for your tenant. Authentication tokens are stored on your device using the platform keychain.
Your choices
You can revoke the application’s access at any time from your Microsoft 365 account’s “My Apps” portal. To request export or deletion of your account data, contact us at privacy@digitalevolve.ai.
Children
The Digital Evolve Admin Console is intended for business and IT administration use and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
