Terms of Use

By installing or using the Digital Evolve Admin Console (“the App”) you agree to these Terms of Use.

Licence

Digital Evolve grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for the internal administration of an organisation that has a valid subscription to the Evolve platform.

Account

The App requires authentication via Microsoft 365. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity performed under your account.

Acceptable use

• You will not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App.
• You will not use the App to access systems or data you are not authorised to access.
• You will not attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the App or the underlying Evolve platform.

Disclaimer

The App is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Evolve disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

In no event will Digital Evolve be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

Termination

Digital Evolve may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these terms or if your organisation’s subscription to the Evolve platform lapses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Digital Evolve is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
