The Digital Evolve Admin Console is a tool for managing deployments, builds, infrastructure, and users on the Evolve platform. If something isn’t working as expected, the fastest way to reach us is by email.

Common questions
I can’t sign in
The app authenticates via Microsoft 365 using your organisation’s Azure AD tenant. If you see “Authentication failed”:
- Confirm with your IT administrator that your account is enabled and that the Digital Evolve app is approved in your tenant.
- Try signing in to portal.office.com in a browser to confirm your Microsoft 365 credentials work.
- If you recently changed your password, sign out of the app fully and sign in again.
My deployment is stuck
Open the Logs tab in the app and copy the most recent error. Then contact support@digitalevolve.ai with the deployment id and the timestamp.
How do I report a bug?
Email support@digitalevolve.ai with:
- The device and OS version (e.g., iPhone 15, iOS 18.2).
- The app version (Settings → About).
- Steps to reproduce.
- A screen recording or screenshot if possible.
